4.2 jili333 will void and forfeit any winnings, and close any Account, found to belong to a person under 21 years of age. Deposited funds may be returned at jili333's discretion following verification.
4.3 If you have reason to believe that a minor has accessed the Platform using your credentials or a separate account, you are required to notify jili333 immediately via the support contact details in Section 16.
5.1 All Platform transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit methods include DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and FPX bank transfers via participating Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank.
5.2 jili333 does not accept cash deposits or transfers from third-party payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name. Payments from third parties will be returned and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
5.3 Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to availability. jili333 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes of approval but does not guarantee this timeframe in all circumstances.
5.4 Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. jili333 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawals above specified thresholds.
5.5 jili333 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected. jili333 will comply with all applicable anti-money laundering reporting obligations.
5.6 Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply. Current limits are published in the Platform's Cashier section and may be updated from time to time.
6.1 jili333 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to these General Terms and any specific Promotional Terms applicable to the individual offer.
6.2 Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the total amount of real-money bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. 13.1 Players may close their Account at any time by contacting jili333 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC.
13.2 jili333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold associated balances, where a Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the Account would be contrary to jili333's legal or licensing obligations.
13.3 Upon termination of an Account by either party, these Terms & Conditions shall continue to govern any outstanding obligations, disputes, or claims between the parties.

14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless jili333 elects to pursue alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available under applicable law.
